宇宙エレベーター:Space elevator

今日は気になる話題をご紹介。

大林組：
～ 地球と宇宙をつなぐ10万kmのタワー「宇宙エレベーター」建設構想を発表 ～

と面白いことが話題になっていますね。リンクを読むと、全長１０万ｋｍのケーブルで、３６０００ｋｍの静止軌道にステーションをつくるみたいです。そこから見るオーロラはどんな感じなんでしょうか？夢が広がります。って言っても、画像探せばあるかな。

ちなみに、英語wikiは充実してそうです。まだ、ちゃんと読んでいませんが。

宇宙を考えると、数字のインフレが起こり、よくわからなくなりますが、上記みたいに考えると、スペースシャトルやオーロラって以外と近いところなんですよね。

１００ｋｍあたりから地上までは電気も通すようなケーブルにして、電離層の電流を地上で利用できないかしら。

It is a hot  and interesting topic. Please check the links, a cable length of 100,000km , a station in a geostationary orbit at 36000km. How can we watch Aurora from there? It is a big dream. But maybe we can search the image by google^^Wiki in English is so substantial.

Thinking the universe, inflation of numbers happens and it difficult to understand. But check the above, you can know space shuttles and Aurora are near earth.

If the cable made by material which has electricity, we may use current of the ionosphere.
